Food was great. The gentleman that delivered the food was friendly. Unfortunately We had an issue with our order (Holidays are a busyband crazy time so it's quite understandable that an oversight happened... we're all human. ) they fixed the issue we had and was very courteous. Will most likely use them again for a future functionThank you very much.
Went to that same senior Christmas dinner. One spoonful of mashed potatoes each. No gravy. Vegetables way after meal was served. Not enough butter. Not enough servers.
My experience with this company was very poor they catered our senior building Christmas dinner and it was disgusting when you ask and pay for Turkey dinner with fixings and they send you pressed Turkey roll no gravely and serve vegetables 15mins after the meal not enough dinner rolls or butter were suppose get choice of pumpkin pie or Apple pie apple they couldn't serve it was frozen so they had to cut rhe pumpkin pie slices smaller to mKe sure everyone got desert i have never bin so disgusted they charged us 25.00 per plate and was 75 of us never again
i should have written this some time ago. we had a family function of about 30 ppl and wanted to really enjoy the day with no cooking . Genuine Bakery had done a couple wakes for our family in the past and this time we were celebrating a graduation in early june of this yr. I must say they delivered well beyond expectations. The quality of the food and the reasonable pricing made it a huge success. The food arrived right on time and all was piping hot! Guests today still comment on how impressed they were with the food that day (sausages, lasagna, roasted chicken potatoes salad etc.) i would not hesitate to give them our business again. if i could give 6 stars i would. thank you
Genuine catered a 60th birthday party we hosted for 80 people and they were AMAZING! The guests raved about the food, the man who delivered it was so friendly and helpful, and the staff that we dealt with when placing the order and making the selections were accommodating and professional. Portions were great, prices were reasonable. THANK YOU!
