why build a new bus station just to close down ticket station ,getting a zonecard from rsmcoll is a joke they never have them

When its raining and windy seats are sometimes soaking wet and unusable, dependent on wind direction. Even in dry weather the opening at the back of seats makes it uncomfortable to sit due again to winds or draughts hitting back of necks and shoulders. Not enough space at busy times especially if push chairs and pets are present congestion is terrible. - Computer information boards often not working. Tour bus area too far from taxi rank. Would make more sense to have busy local buses leave from stops nearest shops (stances 17 & 18 ?) And tour buses should use stances nearest Cark park and taxi rank. Not a well thought out or well designed bus station.
