Visited here on Sunday with nephew...keen and genuine buyer...spoke to Salesperson and expressed keen interest on an S3...despite repeated phone calls took until Wednesday to bother forwarding a deal...and as of today no follow up call...obviously in no rush to sell cars...why bother entering a business you clearly have no interest in...poor show Audi High Blantyre...poor show.PS...now Friday and still no call back...are they pretending to be a car dealer?***to answer response below. It's not me but my nephew you should get in touch with and offer an apology for treating him poorly. Scott is his name...ask your young female salesperson for details of the customer she never bothered with.***
Good service and communication.
I had my car booked in for a service today and wanted to give feed back on the customer service I received. I had a phone call to confirm the date and time and the pick up arrangements. The girl on the phone was lovely polite and friendly. I then received a text message reminder a few days before the service which I thought was really good. The guy who picked up my car was very polite professional and friendly. I had asked for my car key to be looked at as it wasn't working from a few days ago. I got a phone call later in the afternoon from a girl Niomi who was so polite and lovely. She was calling to advise my car was all sorted and would be back with me soon, they were giving it a wash before they returned it. My car came back looking brand new, full service completed, all oils changed, my car key all fixed and much more. The guy returning my car was the same guy who picked it up, very nice mannered.This service from start to finish was amazing. Receiving great service like this encourages me to return to Audi Hamilton in future and will encourage me to buy an Audi car once again. Thank you so much for the fabulous service I received. Unfortunately one of the worst experiences in aftercare I have ever experienced. Whilst the staff are friendly, the aftercare service is absolutely woesome.I purchased an Audi RS3 from Hamilton Audi 4th Jan 2018, and then started a year of breakdowns, repeated returns to Audi (6) and very little compensatory service for the troubles. Refused to assist in buy back of the car at a resonable value, offering 70% of the purchase value after 1 year of ownership. In the year of ownership, i have had the car in my drive for just over half of that period due to it being at Audi the remainder of the time. During this period I have been patient and courteous, however i have to leave this review as I feel completely let down by the Audi experience and will not be going near them again.
Went in to visit this morning. Wandered about outside for 15 minutes. Went inside and looked for another 10. Nobody even spoke. Thanks for nothing and goodbye. Went off and got great service elsewhere. Garages like this deserve to get no custom at all.
