Very polite staff and clear explanations. I was given a reasonable approximation of the time involved in my service. One thing could have been clearer - I had a CVT fluid change and was told that part of the length of the service was the recalibration process that entails, but I was not told that I may experience low idle and stalls afterwards while the recalibration continued as I drove. I called on the afternoon of the same Saturday but Service had closed and no one else on site could provide guidance. I called back on Monday morning, by which time the problem had resolved itself, and was reassured that this was normal. A little clearer heads up about the possible benign symptoms at the time of service would have been appreciated.

I was attracted to the Forester by Consumers Reports high ratings. My salesperson was Emily Berry - personable and professional, as others have also described her. She always seemed to be available to answer questions through texting and she literally went out of her way to assist me in this purchase. Post-sale, she spent a couple of hours explaining the many features of this vehicle. Having just brought my Forester home a few hours ago it is too early to assess the Service Department but I do recommend Emily. And a tip-of-the-hat to Laura Jackson in the office.
