On 2 occasions they booked me an appointment on a bank holiday sending me reminders. I go and the place is shut. Everyone can make a mistake once but if it was me who didn't turn up I'd be charged. It has cost me 10 each time in taxis. This is the only place I can view my opinion there's no way to complain!!
