Had a return absolutely no problem staff all very nice and friendly.
Nice, tidy store, it is M&S after all. Have started going here mainly for the comfortable cafe which serves good food and coffee.
A great store to shop in. Been many times & it's always nice & Very Helpful Staff when needed. VERY Clean & well presented of items & Always Fresh Goods. Car park area very small & you have to Pay.
Unfortunately both escalator and lift were out of action. Not a problem for me, but spoke to several people who weren't able to buy what they wanted or go to cafe.
The staff are all lovely. They help when needed and always chat to you with a smile on their face. Customer service is top notch. It's my favourite shop and my 1st port of call when I'm in Hamilton.
