Took time off work to collect a car after car accident. Enterprise sent me an email to confirm arrangements but when I got there they did not have a car & new nothing about the email

Fantastic service from staff, they made the process of acquiring a replacement vehicle very easy after my car was damaged in an incident. Chris explained exactly what was going to happen and all the options I had, which was very helpful... I was directed here through their partner zenith insurance... Who were also very helpful. 5 stars! Only halfway through the process, still to experience the repair process, but hopefully that will be equally as good.
Got a courtesy car when my Volvo was smashed into and written off.Staff got my another Volvo and it was fantastic brand new all sing and dancing fully loaded.Staff very courteous and help full Only fault was when they phoned and asked for the car back.I wanted to keep it
